Error while pvmove "Consider vgreduce --removemissing."

Issue

• Getting below error message while running pvmove /dev/vdc /dev/vdd1

  $ pvmove /dev/vdc /dev/vdd1
  Cannot change VG VG00 while PVs are missing.
  Consider vgreduce --removemissing.
  You have a memory leak (not released memory pool):
  [0x7f49d97b6ba0] format_instance
  Internal error: Unreleased memory pool(s) found.
  

• pvmove shows PVs are missing but all the disks/partitions used as PV are present on server.
