How do I set HTTP headers when using BPM Suite Java Client APIs?

Issue

We are using the Java client APIs to run process in BPM Suite 6, however the authentication mechanism seems to only support Basic Authentication, which makes impossible to use it since we have customized business central security mechanisms. When a new approach will be available?
