After upgrading to 6.2, compilation fails if '・' (Middle Dot) is included in a rule name of DRL

Issue

After upgrading to 6.2.0, if '・'（U+30FB) is included in a rule name of DRL like the following,

rule "テスト・ルール"
    when
    then
        System.out.println("test");
end

compilation fails with ERROR like the following.
