Getting "HTTP response timeout" when attempt to log onto RHDS admin console

Issue

  • Customer is seeing "http: response timeout" when attempt to log onto the admin console. It doesn't matter whether using the "cn=directory manager" or "uid=admin,ou=Administrators,ou=TopologyManagement,o=NetscapeRoot" credentials, e.g.
# redhat-idm-console -a http://localhost:1390 -u "cn=Directory Manager" -w password
# redhat-idm-console -a http://localhost:1390 -u "uid=admin,ou=Administrators,ou=TopologyManagement,o=NetscapeRoot" -w password
