JBoss will not shutdown when using shutdown.sh

Issue

  • Will not shutdown when we run shutdown.sh -u USER -p PASSWORD
    • We see the following error:
     Exception in thread "main" javax.naming.CommunicationException: Could not obtain connection to any of these urls: 127.0.0.1:1090 
      [Root exception is javax.naming.CommunicationException: Failed to connect to server /127.0.0.1:1090 
      [Root exception is javax.naming.ServiceUnavailableException: Failed to connect to server /127.0.0.1:1090 
      [Root exception is java.net.ConnectException: A remote host refused an attempted connect operation.]]]
