In Fabric, profile-refresh command does not update the content of added features.xml

Issue

When user updates bundle's info in features.xml, the updated features.xml is not applied with profile-refresh command. So if user updates bundle's info (ex, upgrades artifact ID's version), user can not apply the change by using profile-refresh
