VDSMlogs on the SPM host;
ClusterLockInitError: Could not initialize cluster lock: ()
AcquireLockFailure: Cannot obtain lock: u'id=05101eba-9542-4341-aa9b-74ea0e61b531, rc=1, out=[], err=[]'
