What do I do if I get a NMI error?

A NMI (non-maskable interrupt) is displayed when the hardware gets a non-recoverable hardware error.

In this case we first need to check the hardware (if possible or schedule downtime):

  1. Run a hardware diagnostics (if provided by the hardware vendor)

  2. Run a memory test (this can take a few hours)
