Why does vnc shows different location for binary ?
Issue
- SSH and run the command "which gcc", it returns
/bin/gcc - When I log into the exact same machine using the same credentials and run the same command it returns
/usr/bin/gcc. - Why is the path different depending on how I log in?
Environment
Its just that when you vnc or use gui environment variable is with precedence to /bin
