Setting cacheLevelName to CACHE_NONE results in Continuous Hawtio.refresh

When I deploy my bundle the Camel tab in hawtio become unusable.The page continually refresh, and the "Camel context" Tree doesn't keep selected Route, if I select "Route digram" tab the page refresh on "Attribute" tab.

Setting cacheLevelName to CACHE_NONE results in Continuous refresh in Hawtio.
If we change CACHE_NONE to CACHE_CONSUMER, the issue is not seen.
