Can application override net.core.rmem_max and net.core.wmem_max kernel parameters?
Issue
- Kernel paramter net.ipv4.tcp_rmem and net.ipv4.tcp_wmem have maximum allowable buffer of 4Mb, but application is unable to set with SO_RCVBUF/SO_SNDBUF larger buffer than net.core.rmem_max or net.core.wmem_max
