RHEL6: kernel crashes when disabled FC port is reenabled with Emulex lpfc driver
Issue
- FC port experiences errors, which then leads to a crash
- Crash from FC under fc_bsg_jobdone()
- Crash in ksoftirqd under fc_bsg_softirq_done()
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
- Emulex Fibre Channel lpfc driver
- bsg submitted FC commands
