Incorrect filter handling from lvs --config shows duplicate of PV on unknown device

Issue

• The lvs --config command doesn't appear to use the filter option correctly when manually checking. A "Duplicate of PV warning" is given. Manually checking may yield messages like:

  % lvs --config 'devices{ filter = [ "a|/dev/mapper/.*|", "r|.*|" ] }'
