Where should the custom modules be placed after patching JBoss EAP 6/7?

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

We have modified our own customized jars for jsf. We have patched JBoss version from 6.4.0 to 6.4.6. Now we want to use our own jars. so which directory should we copy the jars now as we see below directories now :

.overlays
layer-base-jboss-eap-6.4.1.CP
layer-base-jboss-eap-6.4.2.CP
layer-base-jboss-eap-6.4.3.CP
layer-base-jboss-eap-6.4.4.CP
layer-base-jboss-eap-6.4.5.CP
layer-base-jboss-eap-6.4.6.CP
 under modules/system/layers/base/.overlays

Original module location was modules/system/layers/base/javax/faces/api/main/ and /opt/jboss/jbosslatest/modules/system/layers/base/com/sun/jsf-impl/main/.
