API PUT example in OpenShift

Issue

• REST API example for assigning a user to a project
• I'm trying to create some custom tools to automate managing of some components of our OpenShift Enterprise 3 environment.
• The primary thing I'm trying to accomplish is to make calls to the REST API to create a new project and then assign a user as the admin of the project.
