IPA reports errors about certificate publishing
Issue
In the Dogtag system log, the following errors show up:
* Error Failed to publish using rule: No rules enabled
* Publishing: Could not publish certificate serial number 0x21ff60378. Error Failed to publish using rule: No rules enabled
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Identity Management with CA installed
