What is the role of jbossas and ovirt-engine service in RHEV 3.1 Beta?

After Installation of RHEV 3.1 BETA, service associated with RHEV-manager portal is ovirt-engine and jbossas service did not start.

With RHEV 3.0, we use jbossas service to stop/start the RHEV-manager

With RHEV 3.1 it looks the service is ovirt-engine.
