Unable to kickstart from 2nd interface on Satellite Server

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

Customers are only able to perform a fresh kickstart of servers from the public interface of the Satellite Server. When trying to kickstart from private network interface, the kickstart is unable to download the kickstart file and initrd image for kickstart.

An example scenario for this would be the following. A customer needs this capability for their Sandbox chassis (used for prototyping, testing, breaking lots of stuff) which only resides on the private network. The private network is completely isolated, but the satellite server has separate connections to both the private and public networks.
