Update timezone settings in the Customer Portal

Please make sure to set your timezone correctly in the Customer Portal. That way support engineers will know which timezone you are working in and pick up your cases appropriately.
1) Once logged into the Red Hat Customer Portal access.redhat.com, click on the avatar on top right to get to the account menu:

2) Click the 'Account Details' link

3) Click the 'Language & Location' in the left menu to get to the following place

4) Once you update your timezone ("Display all times as"), hit Save
