httpd uses excessive memory with mod_ssl and CRL enabled
Issue
- I have a large number of CRL files ranging in size from a 700 bytes all the way up to 32M. I have set them up in coordination with Customer Portal Article 148123 but the
httpddaemon is still eating up all the memory on the machine.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- JBoss Enterprise Web Server (EWS)
