How to determine profile load preferences in fabric ?

Issue

• Currently we are using fuse fabric where multiple profiles are deployed.Now there is scenario where certain cxf end point exposed on one profile is being utilized by spring initiation (datasource) in other profile. Due to that second profile bundle is failing.
• Can we have preference of profile loading? i.e. Sequence can be be given to karaf to prioritize the profile loading.
