Satellite: tomcat process dumping core after enabling PAM authentication with CentrifyDC

Issue

  • After enabling a satellite user to authenticate via PAM, the tomcat process core dumps during the login process.
  • Looking at the error in /var/log/tomcat5/catalina.out:
