'SEVERE: Exception Processing ErrorPage' occurs when deploying new client systems with koan or kickstart

Issue

• When provisioning a RHEL 5 client system using the koan utility provided by cobbler through a RHN Satellite server. It gives the following errors in /var/log/tomcat5/catalina.out file:
