Samba Share Refresh Delay.

Issue

• Is there a way to control how often the files on samba share are refreshed when accessing it from windows system?
• I am seeing a delay between the modified time of the files on the local system and what is displayed to clients in Windows Explorer. Interestingly enough, when two clients have a log file open at the same time from separate windows clients, the time attribute updates as expected and the log viewer updates the files in real-time, with no delay. As soon as only one person is accessing the file, the times stop updating as seen from Windows.
