RHEL: System hung in netpoll with netconsole and ixgbe

Issue

• We recently enabled netconsole on many of our systems. A few of them experience hangs shortly after boot. On those systems, something was spamming the console with lots of data. That is obviously not ideal, but it shouldn't hang the system.
