Report "Suspect Metrics" not available with All Resources Role
Issue
- Report "Suspect Metrics" not available with All Resources Role;
- I have noticed that the Reports > Suspect Metrics report is not available to users with the All Resources role.
- Any reason why "Suspect Metrics" report is special so it's not available for users in "All Resources" role?
