[Satellite6] qdrouterd rejects goferd connections with getnameinfo error

Issue

  • goferd (katello agent) on some client machines is failing to connect to qdrouterd on Satellite/Capsule
    • goferd logs just generic error, qdrouterd logs getnameinfo: Temporary failure in name resolution error - see Diagnostic steps for more
  • tasks related to the client machines are pending for days
