While connecting to a dotNet webservice, not able to get proper response.

Issue

• I need to make a Webservice (SOAP) call to external website passing userid and password in order to receive token that will be used to establish connection to extract data from there database.
• According to apache Camel website I can think of http endpoint but unfortunately I am not able to see it in Jboss Studio. Can you please assist with regards to this.
