Broken wildcard expansion with tcsh-6.14-14.el5_4.2 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.4
Issue
When using tcsh, command lines that contain both quoting (single or double quotes) and globbing (shell wildcard patterns), for example
echo 'hello' /etc/grou[p]
are expanded incorrectly, for example as
\hl\l\o /etc/group
