[Sat6][RFE] Provide per content-view ability to prune older versions of packages, maintaining only specified a number of most recent versions

Issue

• The desire is to provide ability within a content view to maintain only the most recent few versions of any given package, purging any older versions, to reduce overhead of clients synchronizing metadata.
