RHEL: How do I log the creation and termination of sockets

Issue

• Socket creation time can be determined by finding the creation time of the associated inode but there is no record of when the socket is closed. In addition if the socket is created and closed faster than the poll time of the script monitoring the inodes no record will be created at all.
