edquota cannot open quotafile with "Permission denied"
Issue
edquotafails with the following errors, but the file has right permission.
# edquota -p user1 user2
edquota: Cannot open quotafile /aquota.user: Permission denied
No filesystems with quota detected.
# ls -lZ /boot/aquota.user
-rw-------. root root unconfined_u:object_r:quota_db_t:s0 /aquota.user
