Native HA uses atomic-openshift-master-api and atomic-openshift-master-controllers
Issue
- The master service hung on master 3 within our 3 master cluster. The remaining 2 masters, did not take over the election process
- Atomic-openshift-master hung causing entire cluster to fail
- Master 3 failed and the cluster did not choose a new master to take control
