[RFE] Option in mail preferences to subscribe a user to receive alerts for only new ERRATAS.

Issue

  • There should be an option(for user) in mail preferences to receive only new ERRATAS. Currently if customer sync any repository then for every sync a new email is send to user, it shouldn't check whether new errata has been downloaded or not.
