Red Hat Summit 2011 - Improving Customer Support with ABRT & the Customer Portal
In this presentation, Software Engineering Supervisor Andrew Hecox takes us through the old RHEL 5 problem reporting lifecycle, how problem reporting works in RHEL 6, RHEL 6's diagnostic capabilities, including data collection and user notification. A demonstration of the ABRT tool is provided, as well as the roadmap for future developments.
