Kdump: Network interface failed to come up
Issue
- ethX failed to come up in capture kernel during kdump process.
- Network failed to start in kdump.
- NFS/SSH/net failed in kdump.
- "ifup: Don't seem to have all the variable for eth0/net" shown in screen.
- No ip address found in capture kernel.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5
- kdump/kexec being used to capture vmcore
