[Satellite6] katello agent task fails when disk is full on the Content Host

Issue

• having a Content Host registered to Satellite6 / Capsule
• goferd as the katello agent is running
• an attempt to execute a goferd task (like package/errata install, package remove, capsule synchronize) to this Content Host fails
• checking health status of the Content Host:
  • it has no free disk space (under / or under /var)
  • it might have no established TCP connection to qdrouterd on Satellite/Capsule (to port 5647)
  • goferd process consumes 100% CPU

Why the task failed? Is it affected by disk full?
