Satellite 6 does not show multi-layered folders in ESX correctly when provisioning a new host
Issue
- When creating new VMs in an ESX compute resource the "Folder" drop down menu does not display the proper hierarchy when using more than 2 levels.
- The folder pull-down menu shows the 3rd level 3-level folder on a separate line
