Duplicate email issue.

Issue

  • Duplicates emails are coming on the system/email client.
  • Some mails are getting regenerated on the system.
  • Getting following error also in the maillog file:
 stat=Deferred: news mailer (/exc/newsmail) exited with EX_TEMPFAIL

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
  • Sendmail
