Intermittent Security Problems with HornetQ

Issue

• We are using HornetQ within our domain, instead of JBoss messaging - installed as described in the Red Hat documentation.
  We are seeing intemittent issues with security around our queues and topics.

When we deploy our ear and mdbs are deployed, we usually this kind of WARN message about one of the mdbs (it changes which mdb every time)

HornetQException[errorCode=105 message=User: ABC doesn't have permission='CREATE_NON_DURABLE_QUEUE' on address jms.topic.xyzTopic]

Occasionally we also get ERROR when we send messages on our internal queues and topics. Again this is intermittent and related to permissions temporarily not being found
