Yum fails to make all updates available
Issue
When I try to install yum-utils in order to run yum-complete-transaction, yum fails due to the missing dependency of the newer yum rpm version.
However the newer yum package is available on satellite and listed as an update for my client machine.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (all versions)
