With Hibernate and clustered EHCache OSCache query cache is not always being invalidated on changes

Issue

• Our problem is that when an update (that affects the results of a named query) is performed on one node, the query cache is not invalidated on the other node. To be exact we observe that the result objects are invalidated and refreshed correctly from the DB, while the result set of the named queries are out-of-date.
