The kickstart installation is sporadically failing on HP Gen9 boards with network connection problem in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7

Issue

• During kickstart installation of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.2, anaconda is sporadically failing on HP Gen9 boards (we didn't have an issue on labs with Gen8 boards).
• The failure shows the network is not connected and kicks it out to a menu:

 7) [!] Network configuration
        (Not connected)

• As seen, the network shows 'Not connected'.
• If we 'r'efresh or enter '7', it then shows eth0 as connected and then we can hit 'b' and the installation succeeds.
