High memory utilisation on BRMS 6.x when navigating the Authoring Perspective
Issue
When a User navigates to the Authoring Perspective, the "selected" Project is automatically built, for the Messages Console to be updated and to show any build errors for the project. The same can be said for when a User switches projects; the newly "selected" Project is again automatically built, in order for the Messages Console being updated with the newly selected project's build errors.
In an environment with many projects or a high number of rules, these automatic builds can take much time (more than 10 min, up to ~30min). When navigating several projects in Project Editor, several backend builds could take place and consume much CPU and heap, and then results in performance degradation due to FullGC.
Therefore, we are looking for a settingsto disable such background build.
