How to configure Daily log appender for fuse on windows ?

Issue

• Fuse daily log appender doesn't work on Windows server
• We have configured Fuse to rotate it's log files per day. This is done as described at https://access.redhat.com/solutions/1240543, This doesn't seem to work any more. We got it working in Fuse 6.1 but since Fuse 6.2 the log file is only rotated after a full restart
