Project creation by selector / rights by selector

Solution In Progress - Updated -

Issue

  • We have multiple organizations: ORG1, ORG2, ORG3, ...
At this time the only way to restrict the pods on a particular node, for example to a node dedicated for the ORG1 is to ask to a cluster admin to create a project with a selector to point to the node of the ORG1. It's ok with that but this cluster admin needs to manage all requests for each organization...
It will be useful for us if we can select an organization admin who will only be able to create project with the selector ORG1 and without any view on the others resources of the other organization.
