CIFS: Deduped files on Windows 2012 volumes are not accessible over CIFS mounts

Issue

• On an RHEL 7 server (that has mounted a Windows 2012R2 CIFS volume), we are unable to access files that the Windows server has deduplicated.

• We suspect it is a limitation of the CIFS.ko module we are currently using (version 2.02), on Kernel 3.10.0-123.8.1.el7_x86_64. This problem is specified to RHEL, because on a Ubuntu 14.04 system, we can mount and access the deduped files without any problems.
