Why does installation screen goes blank on Dell R730xd Server?
Issue
- A brand new
Dell R730xd Serverinstaller drops into a black screen and hangs immediately after selecting to do a clean install - Strangely Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.2 installs fine.
- The Hardware
Dell Server r730xdwith Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.x installer starts but as soon as the install is initiated via the install menu the screen goes black, initially with a frequency out of range and then it turns off completely
