Files Not accessible Through URL, Web server giving error messages

Issue

• We are unable to access some of the files present in our httpd path /var/www/abc/xyz/ through URL for some files residing in the same directory it is giving the error File does not exist, but Files actually exists there, but not able to download through URL.
