Creating a vault keystore from a .cer

Issue

• When creating the keystore from a .cer,the following errors occur when executing the vault.sh

PBOX000371: Security Vault does not contain SecretKey entry under alias xxx

• When creating the vault keystore using the following command:

keytool -genkeypair -keystore test.jceks -storetype jceks -storepass 123456 -keypass 123456 -keyalg rsa -alias test -keysize 2048 -sigalg sha256withrsa -dname "c=test,o=test,ou=test,cn=test"

the below errors are observed while executing the vault.sh

PBOX000371: Security Vault does not contain SecretKey entry under alias (test)
